What We Aim To Achieve

CREATING
…a safe and accepting environment for them to learn, work, and find community.

PROVIDING
…support systems and training for employment by generating income through contract jobs, baking, and crafts.

IMPROVING
…the socio-emotional wellbeing and the economical status of our trainees.
Our Programmes
In order to prepare our trainees for real work environments, we provide a variety of work simulations that give them the opportunity to learn new skills, manage workload, and collaborate with others.
Baking Skills
Our trainees are taught how to follow recipes, measure, assemble, and operate an oven. Along with teamwork and kitchen safety, we want to instil confidence in their ability to generate income through their hard work.
Clerical Skills
Guiding our trainees through administrative work, we increase our trainees’ chances at employability by teaching them typing skills, record filing, data entry, appointment scheduling, and phone call handling.
Retail Skills
We involve our trainees in bazaars and fundraiser events, by empowering them to communicate with customers, handle inventory, and manage money.
Life Skills
We place emphasis on helping our trainees establish good daily habits, from personal finance to hygiene routines. We hope to see every one of them confidently live a life that is meaningful.
